The Business Operations Management Test certifies your knowledge of overseeing, designing and controlling production’s processes and redesigning business operations – or those ongoing recurring cyclic activities involved in the running of a business – for the purpose of producing value for the stakeholders in the productions of goods and services.

  • The test consists of 75 questions; candidates will have 120 minutes to answer them;
  • A score of 75% is required to pass the test.
