The Lean 6 Sigma Black Belt Global Standard Test is meant to test and certify an advanced knowledge of both Lean and Six Sigma tools within a structured, integrated framework that serve as methodological reference for a majority of improvement projects.

  • The test consists of 75 questions, candidates will have 120 minutes to answer them;
  • A score of 75% is required to pass the test;
  • Lean: Value & Waste / JIT / TQC / Operational Stability.
  • Six Sigma: VOC, Process Mapping, C&E Matrix, FMEA, Process Capability, Statistical Analysis, RCA, SPC, Control Plans.
