The Talent Appraisal Test (TA) is the shorter version of any of the Global Standard Tests: it is a tool created to facilitate the assessment of an individual’s preparation in the fields of Lean, Six Sigma, and Operations. Talent Appraisal tests are also updated periodically, which means that it can be useful to take them routinely not only to practice before taking the real test but also to keep one’s preparation current over time. Moreover, it is the perfect tool for HR specialists and recruiters to test candidates’ preparation during an interview.

  • Lean Talent Appraisal Test, Six Sigma TA and Operations TA consist of 15 questions, candidates will have 20 minutes to answer them;
  • Lean Six Sigma TA consists of 20 questions, candidates will have 25 minutes to answer them;
  • A score of 75% is required to pass the tests.

  • Six Sigma TA: VOC, Process Mapping, C&E Matrix, FMEA, Process Capability, Statistical Analysis, RCA, SPC, Control Plans.
  • Operations Management TA: Principles of Operations Management, Basics of Supply Chain Management.
