The project entailed a comprehensive review of the core suppliers of a large multinational original equipment manufacturer.

A unique assessment model was created for this specific purpose and a comparative analysis of suppliers was made possible.

Each supplier’s weakness was addressed by a set of actions, which were planned, executed and monitored until the entire supply chain became stronger.
