The Lean Global Standard Tests are about the elimination of all process wastes, with an emphasis on increasing velocity, and they are organized into two different certifications.

Lean Silver forms the educational foundation of a professional that is often directly involved in a Lean initiative as a team member, and has a good working knowledge of Lean tools and concepts. Lean Gold, on the other hand, forms the background of a Lean leader whose role is to plan, lead, manage, and prepare other people within the context of a prioritized program.

  • Lean Silver Test consists of 50 questions, candidates will have 80 minutes to answer them;
  • Lean Gold Test consists of 75 questions, candidates will have 120 minutes to answer them;
  • A score of 75% is required to pass.
