The Lean Program

Lean is a production practice that considers the expenditure of resources for any goal other than the creation of value for the end customer to be wasteful, and thus a target for elimination.
Understand how to conduct a Lean initiative by learning all the key Lean areas and how to draw on them efficiently and in a relevant way during Kaizen events.
Four modular levels of breadth and depth are available: Lean Bronze, Lean Silver, Lean Gold, Lean Leader.

Lean Gold expanded my horizon with respect to continuous improvement: I got better at “seeing value” in the things we do, which in turn made me stunned by the realization of the non-value adding work we used to do. Teamwork is also a big part of our Lean journey. Getting everyone involved is something that I always believed in and Lean Gold helped me make it happen!
