Three different, modular levels are available: 6 Sigma Yellow Belt, 6 Sigma Green Belt, 6 Sigma Black Belt.

Six Sigma Yellow Belt

A brief introduction to Problem Solving tools organized according to the scientific Six Sigma DMAIC methodology. The course exposes participants to a collection of techniques than can help them identify problems and identify their root causes.
