1. Introduction
Welcome to L6S Group ("L6S Group", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, e-commerce platform, and any related services (collectively, the "Services"). By purchasing an access code and using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase and use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
3. Access Code and Exam Access
To purchase an access code and take an online certification exam, you do not need to create an account. An access code will be created and associated with the certification and the email address used during the purchase. This combination (email + access code on the correct certification page) grants access to the exam link. You are responsible for safeguarding the access code and the associated email address, as these are required to access the exam.
4. Purchasing Access Codes
All purchases of access codes are final and non-refundable, except as provided in the "Right of Withdrawal" section. The access code grants you the right to take one certification exam. Each access code is unique and can only be used once. Upon successful payment, the access code will be displayed on the screen immediately after the purchase and sent to you via email. There is no automatic way to retrieve the access code; if lost, you must contact customer service directly.
Payments are processed through the Stripe credit card gateway, ensuring that no sensitive data passes through our site, and credit card information is not stored for security reasons.
5. Right of Withdrawal
If you change your mind after making a purchase, you can request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date by providing reasons for your withdrawal via email to
6. Use of the Access Code
The access code must be used within 365 days of purchase. After this period, the access code will expire, and you will need to purchase a new one. The access code is non-transferable and can only be used by the person who purchased it.
7. Examination Rules
By taking the certification exam, you agree to comply with the following rules:
You must complete the exam within the allocated time.
You may not receive assistance from others during the exam.
You may not copy, record, or distribute the exam questions.
You must adhere to any additional rules specified at the beginning of the exam.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in the invalidation of your exam results and/or suspension or termination of your access.
8. Certification
Upon successfully passing the exam, you will be awarded a certification credential. The certification does not expire; however, it is recommended to retake the test after 5 years as the body of knowledge upon which all exams are based is constantly revised.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, including but not limited to exam questions, study materials, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of L6S Group or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use any content without our prior written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, L6S Group and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Services; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Services; (d) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Services by any third party; (e) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Services; and/or (f) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy and the applicable laws of the European Union, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the Services after any modification of these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
